1. Milestone-Based Service Delivery
Because our services involve custom software architecture, design engineering, and dedicated specialist allocation, engagements proceed on defined milestone approvals.
2. Cancellation & Settlement
Clients may request project termination with written notice. In such cases, billing will be adjusted to cover verified labor hours completed up to the termination date, with any unused advance deposit promptly refunded within 14 business days.
