Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Scope of Services

ProWebNext Technologies provides professional website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and creative design services subject to agreed Statements of Work (SOW) or written quotes.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted deliverables, all custom source code, assets, and design systems created specifically for the client are assigned to the client, excluding proprietary frameworks or third-party open-source components.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms are governed by the applicable laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
